So I read the book Search Inside Yourself. It’s essentially a book on meditation, it was wonderful, and I highly encourage everyone to read it. Each chapter focuses on one aspect of meditation and is filled with examples, testimonies, and usually some science.

I had originally thought about summarizing each chapter and putting it here, but that’s how you get in trouble with the copyright police. Also, I really didn’t want to summarize, I wanted a place of organized snippets from each chapter so that I could review and remind myself of things to practice.

So in light of that, I’ve created an Evernote notebook, it’s pretty awesome, and I’m probably going to start using that tool more often to capture the things I read.
